A sound bath is an opportunity for you to relax and let go of the outside world for a moment and let the healing sounds of singing bowls, drums and gongs guide you back to your natural inner harmony.
The sounds of these instruments help us to relax and let go of our burdens for a moment so that we can experience the simplicity of just being.
The vibrations from these instruments can also help us achieve meditative states where we can dive deep within ourselves and encounter the Being beyond all our mental activity. There we can experience the stillness and harmony that is the basis for all other experiences.
Sound affects us on different levels, both physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
Common results of sound baths are reduced stress levels, lowered blood pressure and an expanded consciousness and inner peace.
Through my sound baths, I want to offer a harmonious atmosphere that promotes the healing processes that you undergo in your journey towards your natural and harmonious Self.
As we allow ourselves to grow toward greater unity and well-being, we also allow the world around us to do the same.
The sound bath itself usually lasts about 45 minutes, but reserve 1.5 hours for the entire session. We start with a guided relaxation and after the sound bath itself we give ourselves some time to wake up, ground ourselves and step into the shared version of reality again.
